Final Research

    I am closing in on the end of my project. I am very excited with my conclusions. Even though it looks like I have not gotten a lot of information it took a very long time to figure it all out.

    My presentation is looking good but I am still trying to make sure I have everything I need to make a 100. With the storms it was a big set-back but I am getting through it. I have a couple of things I still have to research and get the final answer on.

    I love my presentation and I'm ready to get it over with. It has been a long process, but I learned about something I really like. I hope the finished product is liked and that I get a good grade. Here are the questions I need to answer.

5. What was the most important thing you learned about yourself, how you learn, or research in general as a result of this work?
1. Learning about the first gas engine.
2. Not having enough to learn about.
3. How much time I get to research something I want.
4. Having to present. I like learning about it but the requirements for the presentation is sometimes not as fun.
5.Researching one topic will most likely get boring after a long time.

Body Style Research

    This week  I have focused  on the body styles of cars and how they have changed. I have made a survey to see what kind of cars people like the most. Depending on if I get enough information back I plan on researching why these certain cars appeal to more people or not. Please take it the link is https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/FK2LWJJ .
     I am kind of stuck to see where I should go next. If you have any suggestions please let me know in the comments. It has taken a long time tot research and I have gotten very little progress from it. It is hard to do a project to teach people about something that they already know a lot about.
     I have to try and dig deeper and find something I can teach y'all about and not be repeating information you already know. I hope I can get this finished and start getting to the more fun part of finalizing my presentation with cool effects and such.

Research

I have finished my research on engines. I realized how much actually went into the making and designing of the newer engines. Also when I looked at the first engine I saw how difficult it was to actually start the engines. It turned out that it was extremely dangerous to start this type of engine.

I love this research and hope to find more out. There is a lot more to research including the body styles which I am excited to learn about. Yet it is fun I have run into some problems.

I have been trying to figure out how to organize and present all of my information. I am doing a PowerPoint but I don't want it to be really boring. I am ready to keep working in class.

      I am doing the evolution of cars for genius hour. My driving question is what have cars come to today. I plan on researching how the evolution of them has effected us and the way we travel. I also hope to go into details on how cars will change in the future.
      My main troubles I believe I will run into is that I won't be able to find what kind of engines were first put into cars and how long they took to manufacture. I feel though I will find something that has this information posted. If not I can do more research from books and manuals to find it.
      I have always liked the topic of cars and hope to find a lot of new information. This research will take some digging, but I am up for the challenge. Lastly, I would love to find some information comparing some modern cars.
